A post-modern expressionist, Pratik has made over 20+ short films, corporate films and feature films within a career spanning less than a decade.
While still in film school, Pratik worked for the PR Department, Chhattisgarh State Government. Additionally, he has created several documentaries and corporate videos for organisations such as HDFC Bank and Govt. PSUs such as MOIL Ltd., WCL and others. Pratik’s expertise lie in both high-budget and indie films. He has been travelling across the country to solidify his research and develop concepts for production houses such as Coherent Media Works, Beyond Dreams, Finchbill Motion Pictures, Golden Ratio, Orange Pixel Studios, etc.
His latest Hindi feature film 'Minus 31' saw its theatrical release across India in July 2023. The film stars prolific actors such as Raghubir Yadav, Rajesh Sharma, Jaya Bhattacharya and others.

At a very young age, Ray's 'Goopy-Bagha' series and Benigni's 'Life Is Beautiful' opened her horizons to something very precious. Having brought up amidst cinema and literature, Charu graduated in English Literature from Fergusson College, Pune. She further pursued a screenplay writing course from FTII. She started out with research and writing that took her into a corporate space and eventually landed in the thick of filmmaking. With experience in writing, assisting and producing, Charu views life as a constant learning process where her experiences are ever-evolving.
